Basically this game has been dropped since the day he is out of the box, first there was no manual to speak of customers in the United Kingdom and the game is plauged with so many defects that Most of the time you can play a slide show rather than being immeresed in one of the greatest air battles to date. instead we are left with so many crashes that the game will end dust on your shelf. It is an old game that has been rehashed, but can not polish shit, IL2 Forgotten Battles stick to the graphics and gameplay are far supérieures.Trop many accidents, too many bugs and the GMX media service Customer worst I’ve ever met, do not buy this title or any other game when you GMX highlight the defects of them you will not be heard and you will also be banned from their forums.SÉJOUR TO OUTSIDE OF THIS pruduction like high end machines even find it unplayable! I’m really interested in the Battle of Britain, and I had the original Rowan (which will not work on Windows XP), so I bought this when it came out. However, many things are still wrong (eg, letters of code corresponding to the squadron of aircraft). I recently did the upgrade software Shockwave v. 2. 05, but this has been making the game completely unplayable. It would not load, and locked up my machine whenever I essayé.J ‘ve heard that the team behind IL2 out with a battle sim Britain. I’ll wait on that. . . and junking it. Rating: 1 / 5

This game is the worst. A waste of money. Before the patch it would not work properly at all and when I do the patch, it was not worth it. Too much time spent on eye candy and not enough on the actual game. As the game was OK with my ATI 9250 but fickle on my favorite machine with a GeForce 5600FX. I played better then this flight sims DOS. Buyer beware! Rating: 1 / 5

The only reason I gave this one star because no stars is not available. Ok, despite criticism that this game had some problems programming called “CCC” (hangs on the desktop) I bought it anyway since one critic said it ran fine after downloading updates . All I can say is that it must be blessed. After downloading 3 updates (patches), this program does not work more than 1 minute into the game without crashing. There are too many other flight sims available to waste your time, let alone your money on the Battle of Britain 2. They should rename it “43 million dollars down the drain”. Rating: 1 / 5

I like military simulations. They are the only type of game I ever play on my PC. We have not had many in the field of flight simulators lately, and I had good memories of the original BoB, so I was quite eager to get this. And what do I get? The game is unplayable. The collisions are so frequent that you barely have the chance to discover the gameplay at all. The patch does not solve the problem.
